  • Outstanding Energy efficient design of Cooling Systems - Cash award of Yen 10,000,000 (March 2011)

    Awarded by Tokyo Electric Power Company Ltd, in recognition for contributing towards the reduction of CO2 emissions in a new buidling. The award recognises both the design and construction. It also evaluates the type of equipment installed in the building.

  • Superior Co-Location Data Centre Design - Japan Data Centre Association (May 2011)

    Awarded by Japan Data Centre Association, the main governing body for DCs in Japan.
    This award recognises the contribution made in the KVH TDC2 DC project towards enhancing efficient Co Location facilities in Japan.
    KVH was awarded the highest recogntion for 2011.

  • Innovative design resulting in substantial CO2 reduction - Cash award of Yen 8,000,000 (February 2012)

    Awarded by Tokyo Electric Power Company Ltd, in recognition for futher innovations in CO2 emission reduction. The award recognised the additional and ongoing contribution by KVH TDC2 DC in reducing power consumption post March 11th, earthquake in Japan.
